The Company

GIASINI SPA  is an Italian company that designs and realizes moulds, stamping dies andspecial tools since 1962, with the collaboration of 45 employees.
The core business has long been the design and the manufacture of thermoplastics injection moulds and stamping dies capable of producing accurate and complex small/medium size technical parts.

The company is composed as follows: a design office with powerful CAD-CAM systems, a tool-room equipped with modern machineries, a quality control department with optical and tactile measuring machine and a production department for thermoplastic or sheet metal parts and assembly operations if required. In addition, a technical-sales group is committed to follow Customers, supported by IT tools and a modern videoconference system.
Our specialized skills on stamping dies and injection moulds allow our Customers to have in GIASINI SPA a unique reference for the development and the production of projects that contemplate both the technologies.

To complete the range of services offered to Customers, it is included the experimental activities on new materials in the field of techno-polymers and special alloys, the realization of prototypes and sampling, the construction of spare parts, R&D activities, the optimization of the processes and the production of mechanical accurate parts according to the customer drawings.
In addition, we have internal departments for injection and stamping, able not only to test our moulds and dies, but also to produce serial parts, according to the customers’ needs.

The offer is addressed to the European and extra-Community markets, with consolidated skills as the product industrialization, the co-design, the optimization of the productive processes, the automation and the qualitative control.The reference markets of the company are the automotive, the electronic, the electrical, the defense, the pneumatic and the hydraulic.

The company, certified according to the standard ISO 9001:2008 from 1995, is almost vertically integrated and autonomous from the designing phase to the final testing of the moulds and dies.
